At Cozi Touch Massage, we value your time and strive to provide an exceptional experience with every visit. Please review our refund policy before booking:

• All bookings are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing by the owner.

• If the owner must cancel your appointment and is unable to reschedule, an automatic full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refunds are not provided for missed appointments, late arrivals, or changes made outside of any stated rescheduling policy.

• Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of the owner and will be communicated directly to the client.
